Higher impact Les Mills and Rush Active Classes run in the mornings, evenings
and at the weekends, ranging from half-hour to hour long classes.
Lower impact Fitness Friendlies classes take place in the day and are followed by refreshments in the cafe.
Yoga classes weave throughout the week, mornings, afternoon and evening,
offering a more relaxed form of exercise.
