Our Les Mills classes offer a range of classes made to challenge you, strengthen you and improve overall fitness.
Each class provides a different style of exercise so there is lots of variety and fun to be had!
With a great sense of team-spirit, these are the classes to get you motivated!

 

BODY BALANCE combines Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates into one unique workout! An increased emphasis is on controlled breathing and concentration as you carry out a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses designed to build flexibility and strength. This class takes a holistic approach to fitness that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony and balance.

 
 

 

BODYPUMP is an original barbell class that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to challenge and strengthen your entire body. This fitness class uses the best barbell exercises like presses, squats and curls to give you a total body workout. A great choice of music and our dynamic fully qualified LES MILLS instructors will motivate and inspire you to achieve the results you’ve been looking for!

 

 

LES MILLS BODY ATTACK is a high-energy, fun and athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, stamina and agility. Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats, you can burn up to 730 calories* during a workout.
