Worried about the cost of sixth form? The 16–19 Bursary Fund is there to help.
The bursary provides financial support to cover everyday sixth form costs, so money doesn’t get in the way of your learning or opportunities.
What can it help with?
It can help pay for things like:
- Travel to and from sixth form
- Food during the school day
- Books, equipment and course materials
- Trips and essential activities
Should I apply?
If you’re 16–19 and in full-time education, you could be eligible — especially if your household income is low or you receive Free School Meals.
Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway. Lots of students are eligible without realising it.
